New Extended Warranty
As a valued customer, you know Eldex pumps have long been known for their reliability, serviceability and longevity. Our customers report use cases that surpass a decade. Because of this great track record, we want to announce a change to our current product warranty program.
Eldex Corporation is pleased to announce the extension of our product warranty from 1 year to 3 years. Our relentless focus on product quality and extensive functional testing of each pump before shipment gives us the confidence to make this policy change and provide extra assurance to our most important customer—YOU!
As before, an Eldex product warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage from customer mishandling or replacement of consumable items (seals, check valves) is not covered under warranty. This hasn’t changed.
So, what does this mean? For your current products, there is nothing you need to do. We will automatically adjust our warranty records for past purchases to reflect the extended warranty coverage. The new 3-year warranty policy will also automatically apply to all new pump purchases.
